18 U.S.C. 2257 exemption statement

The statement

All content published on this website consists of written text, computed figures drawn from a pricing dataset, and the site's own generated graphics. It contains no photographs, no video and no audio.

Accordingly, the operator of this website is neither a primary nor a secondary producer, as those terms are defined at 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c), of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 2256(2). No such depiction appears here and none is created, digitised, inserted, managed or altered here.

No records are kept under 18 U.S.C. 2257 because there is nothing on this site to which that obligation attaches.

What is on the site

Editorial text about 38 live cam platforms; price figures copied from a dataset, each carrying the date it was read and the date it was copied; the site's own logo, favicon and link-preview cards; and one 64-pixel mark per platform, shown beside that platform's name to identify it.

There is no upload route on this site, no user account, no comment section and no embedded media. Images are served from this origin only, which the site's own content security policy enforces rather than promises.

Where the records are held

This site links out to third-party platforms and writes about what they charge. Any depiction you saw was on one of those platforms, not here.

Each of those platforms is responsible for its own compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and publishes its own statement, ordinarily linked from the foot of its home page. A request about records for material on a platform has to go to that platform; this site holds nothing that would answer it and cannot forward one usefully.

Age, and the label

Every platform written about here is for adults only, and so is this site. Every page carries the RTA label as a meta tag in its head, which is the string filtering software reads, and the same statement in words at the foot of the page and in the menu.

Nothing on this site is a representation that any performer on any platform is of any particular age. That is a matter for the platform's own records, held under the statute above.
