Broadcasting on CAM4

CAM4 is a token cam site, and the performer sets their own private rate.

CAM4 runs a broadcaster referral programme and this page is what I hold on record about it. It does not include what CAM4 pays a performer, because nothing in the dataset behind this site records that for any platform.
